Vineyards

We consider the vineyards as a living organism. It is very important to be aware of that organism and to regard its needs. We make sure that the vines receive a high standard of care and due to this we have an exceptional harvest.

The most important aspect of working the vineyards is the planting of a lush and variegated flora between the alleys. This represents the key to a lasting ecological viniculture. The planting protects, provides nutrients and vitalizes the soil of a vineyard. Not only the well-being of the vines is important to us, but also the diversity of the soil structure i.e. the biodiverstity of the flora and fauna in a biotopical vineyard.
